I. Categories of Collected Information

When establishing contact or initiating project consultations with the Company, we may collect the following data categories:

• Contact Information: Name, job title, company, telephone number and email address.
• Engineering Project Information: Including but not limited to drawings, BOMs, site descriptions and technical specifications. These are treated as confidential commercial information.
• Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser and device type, referrer and the pages you view. This is collected in aggregate form by an analytics tool that uses no cookies and neither writes nor reads any identifier on your device. See Section V.

Notice at collection: This section and Section V together constitute the notice required under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, Article 8. When you complete the project enquiry form on the homepage, the company, contact name, email address, telephone number (optional) and message you enter are transmitted along the route described in Section V and delivered to our inbox. Please read this Policy before submitting.

II. Purpose of Collection & Legal Basis

The Company collects data for the following operational objectives:

• Project Evaluation & Contract Fulfillment: Conducting precise physical engineering estimations and formulating commercial strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: Responding to enquiries, tracking project milestones, and providing after-sales technical support.
• Corporate Compliance: Data retention and reporting required by applicable privacy laws and corporate regulations.

III. Security of Submitted Project Material

For the drawings and technical outlines you submit, the Company applies the following measures:

• Access Control: Access is granted only to the engineering managers and technical staff assigned to the project.
• Transmission and Storage: Encrypted transport and access-controlled servers are used to prevent unauthorised external read access.
• Non-Disclosure Agreements: Staff working on client material sign binding NDAs covering the confidentiality of your designs.

IV. Information Processing and Sharing

Related Entity: The Company may share the project information necessary for volume production and quality control with its related entity, Hua Wang Furniture Co., Ltd. (VAT: 25136551).

External Specialists: Where a project requires a specialist technique that has to be reviewed by an outside consultant, the material is either de-identified first or shared only with your consent.

Legal Requests: Except where required by law or formally requested by a government authority, the Company does not sell or otherwise provide your personal data and project material to unrelated third parties.

V. Third-Party Processors

These are the third-party services this Website currently uses, and the data each of them handles:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and delivery): The Website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served through Cloudflare's edge network. The IP address and request headers needed to serve a page are processed there.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics (traffic statistics): Traffic statistics for this Website are produced by Cloudflare Web Analytics, with the data processed by Cloudflare, Inc. It uses no cookies, neither writes nor reads anything in your browser, and creates no personal identifier, so it cannot recognise a returning visit or track you across sites. It produces aggregate figures only: page views, referrer, a country estimated from your IP address, browser and device type, and page load performance metrics.
• Google Fonts (web fonts): The display typefaces on this Website are not self-hosted; they are served by Google LLC from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Opening any page causes your browser to request the stylesheet and font files from those domains, which sends your IP address and User-Agent string to Google before you click anything on the Website.
• Web3Forms (form relay): The project enquiry form posts directly to api.web3forms.com as a standard HTML form. Web3Forms then forwards the company, contact name, email address, telephone number (optional) and message you entered to our inbox. The service is not operated by the Company, and the data may be processed on servers outside Taiwan.
• Google Maps (external link): Address links on the Website point to Google Maps. Following one takes you off this Website and onto Google's service.

If this list changes, this section and the version date at the top of the page are updated with it.

VI. Data Retention

The Company retains your information only for as long as needed for the purposes stated above. Once a project is complete, and unless a legal, accounting or contractual requirement applies, the data is archived or destroyed under internal procedure.

You have the following rights in relation to the data we hold about you:

• Ask what data we hold, review it, or request a copy.
• Ask us to complete or correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to stop collecting, processing or using it.
• Ask us to delete it, unless retention is required by law or contract.

VIII. Cookies, Device Storage and External Links

Cookies in use: This Website sets no cookies of its own. The analytics tool named in Section V uses none, and the project enquiry form is a standard HTML form that does not rely on them either. You may still see cookies set by Cloudflare at the network layer (for example __cf_bm); these serve connection security and bot detection and are necessary to deliver this Website. You can refuse or clear cookies in your browser without affecting form submission.

Device storage: Beyond cookies, this Website uses your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage to record two kinds of state that you trigger yourself: the reading-mode toggle (key reading-mode), and the return position and scroll offset used when you move between an article and its listing (keys last_blog_list_page_*, last_news_list_page_*, lang-switch-scroll). These entries stay in your browser, contain no personal identifier, are never transmitted to the Company or any third party, and are not used for statistics or advertising. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Consent: Nothing is stored on or read from your device for the purpose of traffic statistics, so the prior-consent requirement is not triggered and no cookie consent banner is presented. The device storage described above only provides interface behaviour you asked for and is not used for tracking. The corresponding duty to inform is met by this section and Section V.

External links: The Website links to external sites such as Google Maps. Their privacy practices are the responsibility of the respective third party, and the Company accepts no liability for them.
