Analytical Insights
Olson Kundig's distinctive design philosophy is evident in Sky View, utilizing a powerful material palette of concrete, steel, and glass to anchor the structure firmly within its rugged Idaho mountain setting.
The architectural centerpiece, an innovative operable roof, redefines the residential experience by offering direct, unhindered access to the vast celestial canvas of Sun Valley's night sky.
Spanning 7,190 square feet, the residence meticulously frames panoramic views of the surrounding slopes, fostering an intimate dialogue between luxurious interior living and the raw beauty of the natural landscape.
